HOW TO USE THIS TEMPLATE
Use this when the tender is heavily CIDB-driven (public works, municipal infrastructure, social infrastructure programmes). It complements the standard Construction Tender Response Template by adding the structured CIDB-specific evidence sections evaluators look for.
